Job Purpose

This is a full-time on-site role for Dozer and Excavator Operators at McDan Group of Companies in Accra. The Operators will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as dozers and excavators. The day-to-day tasks include excavation, trenching, equipment maintenance etc

Qualifications
Experience in equipment operation, including operating dozers and excavators
Proficiency in excavation and trenching
Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding conditions
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Valid driver’s license
